    En cumplimiento a lo establecido en el decreto único reglamentario 1072 de 2015, y demás normativa vigente en materia de la salud y seguridad en el trabajo, SERVICIOS AMBIENTALES DE CÓRDOBA S.A.S (SEACOR S.A.S), ha estructurado su sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) cuyo objetivo principal el mejoramiento continuo de las condiciones de trabajo mediante el control de los riesgos y peligros presentes en el lugar de trabajo, contribuyendo con el mejoramiento continuo en la organización. En este documento se evidencia la implementación de los estándares mínimos de SST mediante la creación de documentación, inspección a puestos de trabajo, socialización de las normas y requerimientos, capacitaciones y evaluaciones al personal vinculado a la empresa. SEACOR S.A.S E.S.P busca la implementación de los estándares mínimos de SST para brindar un ambiente de trabajo seguro mediante el control de peligros y riegos, viéndose reflejado en la disminución de accidentes de trabajo, las enfermedades laborales, el nivel de ausentismo y por ende en el aumento de la productividad.

    This degree work is an investigation that addresses the study of electrical risk in the company SYNERGY TECH SAS in the city of Monteria, referring to the golden rules and basic concepts on electrical risk. We collected information through the risk matrix and the pretest technique aimed at the workers, who gave us guidance to carry out the guess what? Dynamic, with which we determined the diagnosis of favorable and unfavorable factors that allowed us to establish specific objectives. After knowing the results of the diagnosis made in the company SYNERGY TECH SAS in the city of Montería, we propose the constant performance of preventive dynamics, since these will allow us to keep our workers up to date with their knowledge, have a different space. from where they allow us to have a change of routine, learn to work as a team and with this we can achieve the best performance of the workers and the productivity of the company.     Seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la unidad Materno Infantil de la empresa social del estado San Diego de Cereté, 2019

    In the E.S.E. The San Diego Hospital of the municipality of Cereté - Córdoba carried out the present work which aims to: Prepare an improvement plan in Safety and Health at Work (SST) for the Maternal and Child functional unit of the ESE San Diego de Cereté, through the realization of a DOFA matrix and its respective analysis, in order to comply with Law 1562 of 2012. Materials and methods. a DOFA matrix was used; evidencing the need to intervene in the Maternal and Child functional unit. Results. Opportunities for improvement were found in the OSH actions, for which an improvement plan is prepared that included the realization of a Virtual Learning Object on the report of incidents and accidents at work. Conclusion. The SST is contemplated in the national regulations being mandatory for employers and workers, which seeks to keep the working population free of dangers; This policy is everyone's responsibility in the health institution and requires continuous improvement to promote the health of workers and thus contribute to quality
