    Riesgos ocupacionales en el profesional de enfermería: revisión integradora de literatura, 2022

    This integrative literature review deals with articles published on occupational risk research for nursing professionals in the clinical area. Objective: To identify studies referring to occupational risks of nursing professionals in the clinical setting in the last 5 years. Methodology: Integrative literature review of articles published in Spanish, English and Portuguese; The search began using keywords and descriptors, combining them with the Boolean operators AND and OR in the metasearch engine. In addition, searches in Pubmed, Scielo, VHL and ScienceDirect databases, selecting 43 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Results: The revision offered as a result 15 final articles, whose study methods were distributed as follows: systematic review, quantitative descriptive, crosssectional descriptive, qualitative descriptive. The most predominant risks were: psychosocial risk, ergonomic risk, chemical risk, biological risk. Likewise, it is made clear that the activities that most predispose occupational diseases are: high workloads, repetitive movements, high physical loads and poor design of the workplace infrastructure. Conclusion: This review presents results that add scientific knowledge, shows the existence of occupational risks in health services that affect nursing professionals. Therefore, to prevent them, it was decided to create strategies such as active support, establishment of schedules and rest, healthy work environments, continuous education on good posture, reduction of physical loads, modification of the infrastructure of the work area, promoting the use of protection elements staff properly.
