Publicación Acceso abierto Comportamiento epidemiológico de las infecciones de transmisión sexual prevalentes en el departamento de Córdoba – 2015 - 2019(2021-07-16) Mendoza Blanco, José Luis; Villadiego Chamorro, MarilynAnalizar el comportamiento epidemiológico de las infecciones de transmisión sexual prevalentes en el departamento de Córdoba durante el periodo 2015-2019. Metodología. Estudio analítico-descriptivo, epidemiológico, con enfoque cuantitativo; la población de referencia fue conformada por el total de registros de casos registrados en la base de datos del Sistema de Vigilancia Epidemiológica del Departamento de Córdoba en el periodo definido, por lo que no se requirió de muestra, ni muestreo. Para el análisis estadístico de los datos, se utilizó el Software Estadístico IBM, SPSS en el que se desarrolló el análisis univariado (estadística descriptiva) y multivariada (análisis correlacional) utilizando las pruebas de Chi cuadrado de Pearson y la V de Cramer. Resultados. La mayoría de los casos de ITS han ocurrido en el régimen subsidiado, siendo de particular participación VIH/SIDA (68,9%), sífilis gestacional (22,8%) y en el de población pobre no asegurada VIH/SIDA (45,1%) y sífilis gestacional (37,8%). Se identificó asociación entre la ocupación laboral del paciente con el seguimiento y clasificación final del caso, así como con la edad y fecha de iniciación de los síntomas partiendo de 2017 la tendencia es al franco ascenso en porcentajes entre 3% y 5% entre año y año; la prueba de V de Cramer (0,661) que la intensidad o fuerza de la asociación entre la edad y el modo de transmisión más probable es alta Conclusiones. Las Infecciones de Transmisión Sexual con mayor prevalencia en el Departamento de Córdoba son en orden de prevalencias el VIH/SIDA, la sífilis gestacional, sífilis congénita y hepatitis. Tal predominio puede ser debido tal vez por ser sujetas a vigilancia epidemiológica de obligatorio reporte, las otras ITS de interés no se relacionan en las bases de datos.Publicación Acceso abierto Diseño y validación inicial de un instrumento para medir adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo 2(Universidad de Córdoba, 2021, 2022-01-07) Berrocal Narvaez, Neila; Villadiego Chamorro, MarilynTherapeutic adherence depends on the behaviors adopted by people with diabetes and their families, to avoid chronic complications, which can affect their quality of life, generating in them social and economic consequences. In order to design and validate an instrument to identify therapeutic adherence in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, a methodological study was carried out. The effective communication process to build consensus group Delphy Method was used to measure the facial validity and content of the instrument to measure therapeutic adherence in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. (AT-DM2) Modifications were made, 10 on the second measurement formed by professionals of different professions associated with the Diabetes control program, and twelve experts on the third one. Statistical analysis reported a median of 3.4, interquartile range of 0.4. The Cronbach alpha reliability psychometric tests 0.86 rates it very high. The Factor analysis using the Varimax rotation or normalization method identified the highest values of variance. These were grouped into 5 factors which accumulated the 89.23% of the variance with eigenvalues close to one. The factors are: "knowledge about self-care", "family support", “socio-cultural and economic environment influence” “personal commitment for therapeutic compliance” "Influence of education on therapeutics compliance". The final instrument consisted of two dimensions: "related to the patient and his environment" and "related to health care" and 20 items that can qualify clinical adherence and be used for research purposes.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores que influyen en la repitencia académica en estudiantes de Enfermería de la Universidad de Córdoba. Montería, 2019(2020-08-31) Acevedo Naranjo, Daniela Andrea; Mendoza Triana, Viany Sofía; Maza Padilla, Luz Enith; Villadiego Chamorro, MarilynUpon entering university, students seek to graduate in the time established by the university, but many of them experience the phenomenon of academic repetition, which is considered a multifactorial problem, influenced by many family, academic and social factors that are in constant contact with students, which may cause modifications or changes in their behavior. The present investigation was based on the theory of Vincent Tinto, who exposes that there must be an integration between the intrinsic factors of the students and the university environment, for there to be an adequate academic performance. Objective: To determine the factors that influence academic repetition in nursing students at the University of Córdoba, in order to provide information that contributes to decision-making, for the implementation of improvements in academic processes, to mitigate the factors involved and decrease repetition rates. Methodology: Descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. The population was made up of 221 students enrolled in the Nursing Program, in the period 2020-I, distributed in the first to eighth semesters. Participants were selected using the non-probability sampling technique, stratified by convenience. Results: 74% of the students are female, the ages with the highest percentage were between 18 and 28 years old, as academic factors it was identified that 42% dedicate daily between 30 and 90 minutes to their independent studies, the techniques of The most used studies are the abstract (67%) and the underline (34%), the subjects with the highest repetition were: Basic Clinic (48%), Biochemistry (30%) and Morphophysiology I (22%) and 80% of the participants considers that the program's study plan should be developed over a period longer than 8 semesters. The following social factors were identified: 19.01% of the students’ work, likewise 59% consider that the salary they receive is not sufficient to meet their basic needs. The identified family factors were, 11% of the participants have children, and they also live with them and must dedicate part of their time to caring for them, considerably reducing the time you give to your studies, affecting their academic performance. 73% of students live with their parents, that is, they have the support of these. Conclusion: Among the factors that can influence the repetition of subjects, a significant percentage was identified, corresponds to academic factors and in a lower percentage to social and family factors.Publicación Acceso abierto Gestión del cuidado asociado al conocimiento y adherencia de enfermería en la atención de menores de 14 años abusados sexualmente en una institución de salud de Montería- Córdoba. 2020(2020-09) Villadiego Chamorro, Marilyn; Villadiego Chamorro, MarilynThe objective of this study was to evaluate the management of care associated with nursing knowledge and adherence in the care of sexually abused children under 14 years of age in a health institution in Montería-Córdoba. 2020. It is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 18 nurses who worked in the hospitalization, emergency and intensive care unit services for the newborn, by shift, which had a relationship in the care of children under 14 years of age. Once the 18 surveys were analyzed, it was found that: 100% of the professionals were female, the same percentage who know and have read the protocol of care for victims of sexual abuse, on the other hand, only 5.6% did not take the care course to victims, in general the average correctness to the questions asked was between 80-100%. The results of the study showed that the majority of the nurses have knowledge and adherence to the protocol of care for victims of sexual abuse. However, there is a small percentage who do not have clear knowledge about the protocol, which is essential considering that only in this way will they be able to provide care according to the needs of the victims, without incurring failures or omissions that may be reflected in a negative way towards the person being cared for. The diagnosis, assessment and subsequent treatment of minors who are victims of some type of sexual abuse, makes it essential to manage pertinent care by the nursing staff, as they constitute a fundamental element for the victim's progress towards the restoration of their rights. Given this context, it is necessary for the directives of the institutions to establish permanent training and updating programs for all professionals who participate in care, strengthening adherence to the protocols established by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, thus favorin
