The business practice is an academic activity that consists of the application of the practical theoretical knowledge acquired during the curricular development and the skills acquired by the students in the development of each of the academic programs and aims to put them in contact with the environment. More than anything, it is an academic, pedagogical, and global experience that seeks for the student to integrate and apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during the degree in specific contexts of his profession, also developing his aptitudes and personal skills. This work started because of the business practice of the students of the previous semester 2021-2 about the Sick Building Syndrome, continuing with this process the practice is carried out in the Outpatient Area of a Health Provider Institution in Montería -Córdoba for the year 2022. Applying the improvement plan that must be implemented to reduce the symptoms or illnesses that may occur in workers in this area. And it was concluded that it is important that the students of Health Administration 2022-1 carry out the proposed activities to improve the work environment.
