Publicación Acceso abierto Diseño de un programa de bienestar laboral en fundación Casalud(2023-01-30) Padilla Pertúz, Estefanía; Burgos Rodríguez, Ledis EdithOne of the alternatives used by companies to take care of the physical and mental health of their employees, as well as to maximize their capabilities and keep them committed and motivated to deliver results is the design of a Workplace Wellness Program, which is a set of measures implemented to improve the well-being and quality of life of employees and their families. This program seeks to make each member of the organization feel motivated and to satisfy their professional and personal development needs; at the same time, it strengthens integration among collaborators, promotes productivity and improves work environments. The objective of this project is to design a Workplace Wellness program in Fundación Casalud, for this purpose a SWOT matrix was used, which helped to identify the factors that from the perception of the employees influenced the organizational climate of the company, among them the lack of a program to keep them motivated and committed, and the lack of more autonomy spaces for them to feel empowered, take initiative and perform recreational-recreational activities with environments outside the workplace, which would allow them good communication and interaction. Therefore, the design of the Program was recommended as an essential instrument to guarantee the improvement of the well-being, health and quality of life of the employees, who are the most important pillar for the fulfillment of the goals and objectives that the institution wants to achieve. Finally, this program is important for companies because it allows leverage in the organizational structure and because it favors the development of the employee and the organization, resulting in the fulfillment of objectives and needs of both parties that collaborate for the existence of the other
