    The prestige that is to have selections and athletes who celebrate their successes as the crowning of the representation they exhibit, drives society to create effective systems that guarantee the improvement and sustainability of the successes. Before this the State must comply with the obligation of legislate about it. Being evident the boom of Colombia in terms of results and sporting projection at regional and continental level, this writing is pro-posed the analysis and projection of the legal framework for the sports trainer in Colombia, analyzing recent geoeconomic history and sport, regulations for the sports sector in Colom-bia and legislation for the Colombian sports trainer. Concluding that the approval of a pio-neering legal framework in the region, will allow to strengthen the sports system, by regu-lating the technical and professional training of the personnel that directs the sports train-ing, improving the human potential and consequently raising the level of the development of the professionals directly involved with Colombian athletes, thus giving professional con-notation to an activity with very high pedagogy and scientific skills.

    The study of body shape has been a topic of interest for physical anthropology and human biology, as well as for psychology, which seeks to explain the relationship between structure and function in terms of human constitution. It should also be noted that, in recent years, other scientific disciplines have focused their attention on the study of physical types or morphotypes and their relationship with sports performance; such is the case of all sciences applied to sports (medicine sports, nutrition, exercise physiology and kinanthropometry).
