La inteligencia artificial y su influencia en el mercado laboral Colombiano

This monograph inform about an analysis of the implementation trends of artificial intelligenc and its impact on the Colombian labor market. The methodology used was based on the qualitative descriptive method and the grounded theory design, through which the study phenomenon was investigated, from the interpretation of the approaches of different authors; using the documentary review technique for the observation of various works. The results showed that the adoption and use of AI in the industry of the region constitutes a factor of capital and work, which favors the increase in productivity and economic benefit, due to the automation of activities and the improvement of performance by the use of algorithms and machines, with capabilities to a greater extent and cognitive complexity, than the human workforce. But, this implies a high risk of automation of various jobs, which could mean the destruction of trades or the generation of new jobs that require technical and specialized skills. In this way, the Colombian labor market tends towards polarization
