Publicación Acceso abierto Desarrollo e implementación de una herramienta que permita la recepción técnica en medicamentos ingresados por el paciente en la clínica Traumas y Fracturas de Montería.(2022-03-05) Daza Escudero, Yesica Lorena; España Calderin, Ximena; Garnauth Villalba, Camilo Andrés; Hoyos Basilio, Arlys Esther; Jiménez Ramírez, José Andrés; Ortega Guevara, Sebastián; Solano Ramírez, Valentina; Espinosa Sáez, Roger; Camilo Guzmán TeránThis research seeks to monitor the medications admitted by patients who have a considerable number of underlying diseases, who are treated at the Traumas y Fracturas clinic in the city of Montería during the period of February 2022. , for this, it was decided to design a tool that would allow collecting the necessary data to achieve the planned objectives, in the study a total of 150 patients with different traumas and fractures were included, where only 14 of these had the precise requirements to carry out After this investigation was carried out, it can therefore be stated that only a small percentage, corresponding to 9.3% of the study population, presented their medications to continue with the treatment even in the circumstances they presented, these patients were in an age range between 30 to 70 years. The results can be seen reflected in tables 2 found on pages (23 to 24). The sex and age of the patients are observed in tables 3 and 4, in tables 5 and 6 the pathologies and the different medications used to treat them are observed, and in table number 7 the conditions that the medications present are found. Taking into account the results, it was concluded that adults between the ages of 32-50 are more likely to suffer traumas and/or bills due to the constant movement to carry out their daily activities. On the other hand, the drugs most used to treat the underlying diseases presented by the patients were Losartan at different concentrations and Metformin. It was recorded that the largest number of medications were not suitable for consumption due to lack of care by patients and/or family members.
