The intention is guided by activities such as: the detection and corresponding prevention of adverse reactions; to provide quality and application of policies that guide the rational use of products. The need to have sufficient knowledge about the actions carried out for the benefit of patients is indisputable; therefore, it is a matter of determining the current situation to achieve full coverage in this area. Undoubtedly, knowing the surveillance criteria ensures the correct use of medications; what generates the support to the pre-writer and the patient, to stop the way in which errors in health care occur, which dazzles a globalizing idea that pharmacovigilance is vital in the care process. The conceptual considerations on the term to be treated are completely guided by solid sources that respond to the characterization of the conceptual aspects; therefore, it is expected to release a methodology with preventive fines. The systematic review was carried out with a respective compilation of information to generate conceptual appropriation and a suggested interpretation that provides its conditions, manifestations and actions in favor of social welfare, especially the state under study. Releasing awareness of the importance of monitoring drugs is essential for society, especially in an era where the facts of social chaos are polarized and where it is essential to maintain control of the drugs supplied, so that the quality and correctness administration do their essential role from the safety that the pharmacovigilance radiates. The legal situation in terms of story protection is attached to that structure, so that a totalitarian process includes pharmacovigilance as a mechanism for monitoring medications.
