Impacto de la jornada única escolar en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes: análisis desde el componente acompañamiento pedagógico y recursos humanos en la Institución Educativa "La Ye" periodo 2016-2018

This research defined the general objective of analyzing the impact generated by the implementation of the Single Day from the components of pedagogical accompaniment and human resources on the academic performance of students at La Ye Educational Institution in the years 2016-2018. It was methodologically based on the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative research approach and a case study method, the research participants were 30 11th grade students, 3 teachers and 2 teacher directors. The documentary analysis, the survey and the interview were implemented as information gathering techniques. The results were that the implementation of the single day generated different changes in the study plans, pedagogical support and human resources in the aforementioned institution, which influenced the improvement of the results of the knowing 11 tests.
