    This evaluative study of cross-sectional, investigated of scientific and technological conditions in the Intensive Care service E.S.E Hospital San Jerónimo de Monteria, thereby determining compliance with the requirements specified by the consolidated enabling considering the approach, implementation, and outcome criteria. The results showed that in both units, iIntensive care service attends a breach of scientific and technological conditions are required by law, so it is necessary to create and implement alternatives aimed at ensuring compliance with such conditions given the implementation, improvement, and monitoring of the same. Similarly assessed family satisfaction and external customer in relation to the services offered, and results are mostly between excellent and good, which generally reflects the service offered meets customer expectations. Moreover, customer satisfaction, with respect to working conditions was evaluated, revealing that employees always have satisfaction in relation to environmental conditions of the unit, regarding aspects such as organization, incentives, resources, recognition, and development skill set sometimes satisfaction, contrary to dissatisfaction, as evidenced by the average pay received.
