The cultivation of oil palm E. guineensis, presents as a causative agent of damage the lace bug of the genus Leptopharsa, which within its morphological and biological aspects under field conditions at temperatures 29.6 ± 4.3 ° C and relative humidity 72, 13%, which identified the presence of the species L. gibbicarina showing a life cycle of 72.52 ± 12.04 days. Likewise, the average duration in days is, egg 18 ± 1.03 days; nymphal state 21.11 ± 3.31 days, corresponding to the first instar 3.26 ± 0.69; Second instar nymph 3.96 ± 0.71; third instar nymph 4.87 ± 0.78; fourth instar nymph 2.68 ± 0.56; Fifth instar nymph 6.34 ± 0.87. The average longevity was 32.27 ± 15.22 days for males and 36.90 ± 15.57 days for females. The mean preoviposition was 8.16 ± 2.25 days, number of layings per female 56.50 ± 13.64 eggs, oviposition time 26.16 ± 2.25 days, average number of eggs per day 3.21 eggs. The average percentage of viable eggs 85.90%, non viable eggs 14.09%. Finally, when comparing these results with those obtained by other authors, it is possible to establish that, according to research carried out under controlled conditions, most of the results in this study under uncontrolled conditions are similar to those found by Barrios et al (2015), in Copei Cesar, an area with a temperature close to that of Monteria, Córdoba.

This practice in the CDF company in Colombia was carried out with the specification of transfer of technical knowledge to specific centrifugal producers in phytosanitary management, more efficient laboratories including social support and the educational component. Work was carried out in rural areas on a population of approximately 1800 farmers, 500 of whom were tabulated in a resume that involved data, practices carried out, training, volume of harvest, applications of agricultural inputs, supervision of child labor, care for the environment and personal care. The rest were kept daily log of activities in addition to technical support. It was possible to analyze through soil studies the chemical properties of the most influential areas in the production of black tobacco. It was possible to carry out a field study on “cane” Faustinus cubae B. in order to achieve better controls when carrying out an intervention and to prepare better prevention mechanisms for future plantings. Most farmers adopted better techniques in the execution of the work, monitoring, self-care and last but not least the conservation and mitigation of impacts to the environment
