In Colombia, the acts of violence have caused the population serious problems with profound repercussions, which have revealed its impact, not only economically, socio-politically and materially, but also psychologically. In this sense, violence has reached 8,553.416 people in Colombia, of which 357.655 are from the department of Córdoba (RNI, 2020). Women being the population sector that has great affectations, with high vulnerability to conflict, being stigmatized, raped, excluded, displaced, have lost children, parents and husbands, being at the discretion of those who exercise authority. In this context, it is intended to give an account of the perception of women human rights defenders who are victims of the armed conflict in the medium and top Sinú of the department of Córdoba. Territory in which various illegal armed groups (hereinafter GAI) converged, at different times in its history, such as the People's Liberation Army, EPL; Revolutionary armed forces of Colombia, Farc; Self-defense of Campesinas de Córdoba and Urabá, Accu; United Self-Defense of Colombia AUC and Bandas Criminales, BACRIN. The presence of these armed actors has left in its wake a trail of violence, which oscillates around 138,7891 people victims of the armed conflict in these subregions where the Nudo del Paramillo Natural Park is also located. From this work, which consists of gender and conflict categories, testimonies of violence in the department are recognized and the role of women in the construction of territories is made visible, approaching women's groups where the voice of Yulieth Guzman2 , Darcy Garnauth 3 , Porfiria Mena4 , Orlinda Dominico5 and Nancy Oviedo6
