Espitia Iriarte, Betty del CarmenGalván Torregloza,Valentina2024-01-242024-01-242024-01-20https://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.co/handle/ucordoba/8088El presente informe final, se enfoca en las prácticas que realicé en el Juzgado Cuarto Penal Municipal de Montería, resaltando el impacto logrado, en aliviar la carga de trabajo de los empleados del despacho y mantener una respuesta efectiva a las acciones de tutela instauradas, lo que, a su vez, permitió un adecuado cumplimiento del cronograma de audiencias programadas de los procesos penales del juzgado. Esta experiencia no solo aceleró los procesos judiciales, sino que también aseguraron el respeto a los Derechos Fundamentales de los ciudadanos, cumpliendo con los tiempos establecidos por la Constitución y la Ley. Así pues, se tiene que la participación activa de estudiantes de Derecho se revela como una estrategia clave para combatir la congestión judicial, así como una herramienta valiosa para mejorar el acceso efectivo a la administración de justicia, introduciendo eficiencia y perspectivas frescas en la resolución de casos. Finalmente, se destaca la oportunidad de aprendizaje durante la practica, con capacitaciones sobre derechos fundamentales, acción constitucional y análisis de normativa y jurisprudencia proporcionadas por la Juez encargada del despacho. Esta experiencia no solo fue un respaldo jurídico, sino también una herramienta práctica para aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos, preparándome para mi futura carrera como abogada.This final report focuses on the practices that I carried out in the Fourth Municipal Criminal Court of Montería, highlighting the impact achieved in relieving the workload of the office's employees and maintaining an effective response to the protection actions established, which in turn, allowed adequate compliance with the schedule of scheduled hearings of the court's criminal proceedings. This experience not only accelerated judicial processes, but also ensured respect for the Fundamental Rights of citizens, complying with the times established by the Constitution and the Law.
