Además, que lo que se le facture, corresponda a la cobertura según la normatividad vigente. En este sentido, el propósito de este trabajo de investigación es determinar por medio de una revisión integradora de la literatura, el papel del auditor concurrente frente al Sistema Obligatorio de Garantía de la Calidad en Salud en Colombia en el periodo 2015-2020. Inicialmente se realiza una revisión sobre los conceptos teóricos y los fundamentos de la auditoria y se describen los principales factores a tener en cuenta para la ejecución de la misma, así como los conceptos del Sistema obligatorio de la garantía de la calidad en salud. Posteriormente se realiza un diagnóstico del procedimiento para llevar a cabo las auditorias concurrentes de calidad en las instituciones de salud. Consecutivamente se realiza un análisis identificando las herramientas existentes, parámetros y planes de auditoría en el ejercicio de la concurrencia y frente al Sistema obligatorio de garantía de la calidad en salud, estableciendo al auditor concurrente como gestor de riesgo en salud; verificando la aplicación de un modelo de salud en sus procesos, para identificar los riesgos a los que están expuestos los usuarios, ajustando acciones de intervención oportunas a través de las herramientas, programas preventivos y correctivos y el restablecimiento de los servicio en las distintas situaciones de atención en salud de la organización y así lograr una apropiada ejecución, que actúe de acuerdo a los criterios, requisitos y normatividad vigente aplicables.The concurrent audit assesses in a systematic, continuous and comprehensive way the quality of medical assistance offered to patients, which includes the procedures used for their diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, taking into account the rational and adequate use of services, and the final result obtained. In addition, of what you are billed, corresponds to the coverage according to current regulations. In this sense, the purpose of this work research is to define, through an integrative review of the literature, the role of the concurrent auditor against the Mandatory System of Quality Assurance in Health in Colombia in the period 2015-2020.
