Que se han identificado en los análisis de la consulta de artículos en diferentes bases de datos, tesis, trabajos de grados, que hacen referencia a los objetivos planeados. Los cuales fueron de gran ayuda para identificar aquellos factores contributivos que más se evidencian al analizar eventos adversos ocurridos en unidades de cuidados intensivos. Como son sobrecarga laboral, inexperiencia falta de mantenimiento en los equipos biomédicos, instrucciones insuficientes, entorno estresante, error en la prescripción y distribución de medicamentos. Es por eso la importancia del papel de auditor, quien con su conocimiento y experiencia puede identificar todos estos factores y eventos que no se evidencien a simple vistaA compilation-type monograph was carried out, with the objective of documenting existing information on the role of the auditor in the identification of contributing factors for adverse events in intensive care units, stating their relevant safety barriers.
