Based on the above, the practice E.S.E Camú Moñitos was founded, where it was identified the need to create an instructive for the documentary management with the purpose of designing a manual of documentary management that allows the organization and management of the documentation generated in the E.S.E Camú Moñitos, Córdoba year 2022. The present practice is based on a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Inductive methods, observation and analysis were used. To collect the information, the observation technique was used whose instrument was a checklist that was applied to the 3 participants in the field of archives and human talent. The type of sampling was nonprobability for convenience. In conclusion, when carrying out a diagnosis of the situation presented by the documentary management at ESE Camú Moñitos, emphasis is placed on the organization and management of archives, since, with the application of the instructional manual it is proposed to improve the management of the documentation generated within the institution, therefore, the present practice is relevant since, It generates many positive impacts on the institution and will serve as a support to achieve an improvement in the files that are fundamental for the ESE.INTRODUCCIÓN...................................................................................................121.
