The business practice was carried out in the municipality of San Juan de Urabá - Antioquia in order to support the daily work and activities of the El Laguito farm, which is intended for the export of Hartón variety banana. These tasks focused on monitoring and evaluations from sowing to final production, pest and disease management, supervision in tasks such as fertilization and weed management, among others, noting that it is of great relevance to correctly develop all activities that are directly related with crop performance, especially the management of diseases such as Black Sigatoka that is limiting in production.
