Taking this into 12 Educación Financiera en Jóvenes de 12 a 15 años account, it was investigated about the level of financial knowledge in young people between 12 and 16 years of the Camilo Torres Educational Institution in the city of Montería, for this an exploratory research was carried out implementing a questionnaire and a semi-structured survey of ten questions to a group of 56 students in order to characterize the study sample and determine their degree of financial knowledge. It was found that most of the students answered the questions correctly, however, the percentage with wrong answers was considerable, which is why the strengthening of financial education is proposed through the application of training and didactic activities that facilitate teaching to the student community from an early age.Resumen ........................................................................................................................................ 111.
