Díaz ponguta, BasilioSolera Cárdenas, María Camila2022-08-122022-08-122022-08-01https://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.co/handle/ucordoba/6301This monographic compilation demonstrates capillary electrophoresis and its uses in the environmental, food and clinical fields, with a methodology framed in the collection, analysis and integration of information from the last five years, basing the review of bibliographic portals and the information bases of the University of Córdoba complementing with publications of scientific articles from science magazines at a global level in the clinical, environmental and food fields, demonstrating that the field of greatest use is the clinical and medicinal field, which the genome sequence technique has deciphered some of the main challenges of modern biochemistry, in order to know the expression, function and regulation of proteins with the proteomic technique, exposing the functionality of electrophoresis to detect post and co-translational modifications impossible to predict from the genomic sequence, contributing by proteome analyzes with signaling, detection of disease markers linked to the gene or to mutations, for these reasons the advances on the main techniques and equipment used for capillary electrophoresis contribute to the different findings and improvement of techniques and equipment day after day, which manage to understand enigmas related to the composition and structure of genes, cataloging the various electrophoretic techniques in recent years as an important tool used for the separation and determination of compounds with its principle of variation of migration speeds of the analytes inside a capillary that is subjected to the action of an electric field, achieving great changes in modern science.1.
