Se realizó un proceso de acompañamiento a 92 productores de 4 organizaciones campesinas, este acompañamiento abarcó capacitación técnica para mejoramiento de cultivos, la promoción a la participación comunitaria a través de experiencias grupales, ensayos gestionados para la adopción, mantenimiento y manejo de la cosecha y postcosecha de nuevos cultivos en la zona, incluyendo también la asistencia técnica a los productores en sus sistemas productivos individuales y comunitarios. Se evidenció que los productores: participaron activamente en las capacitaciones y lograron aplicar los conocimientos y prácticas aprendidas en sus sistemas agrícolas; atendieron las recomendaciones generadas de la asistencia técnica, lo cual posibilitó la creación de 4 productos comerciales con materias primas de sus unidades productivas, fortaleciendo el trabajo de grupo y dando más solidez a las organizaciones al establecer una comercialización de sus productos a través de Grupo Bios.This thesis document showcases the experience as an intern in the field of agronomic engineering at the Fundación Grupo Bios in the district of Berástegui, Ciénaga de Oro - Córdoba, during the period from March to December 2024. A process of support was carried out with 92 producers from 4 farming organizations. This support included technical training and crop improvement, the promotion of community participation through group experiences and managed trials for the adoption, maintenance, and management of the harvest and post-harvest of new crops in the area. It also included technical assistance to the producers in their individual and community production systems. It was evident that the producers actively participated in the training sessions and successfully applied the knowledge and practices learned in their agricultural systems. They followed the recommendations provided through technical assistance, which enabled the creation of 4 commercial products using raw materials from their productive units.
