Leaders are responsible for the acts they conduct. It is important to deal with the acceptance of leadership as a discipline, achieve consensus on course content, and integration on the part of the staff and influence the intrinsic motivation of students to achieve their progress. We must move toward transformational leadership, in order to form the foundation that strengthens us to take hold of distributive leadership. In this scenario, it is vital to consider the interrelated factors that have been identified, such as personal, social, structural, contextual, and developmental. Educational principles must serve as a basis for supporting inclusion, participation, and engagement, as well as sustainable leadership. In fact, that process involves mentoring; placing the student at the center of learning and the practice of leadership at the center of the educational stage.
