Teachers need to be in the front line of the educational section because they are the only ones who know what a student exactly needs. So teachers are the ones who provide ideas to benefit students, the school, and the surroundings. This proposal attempts to provide significant insight into leadership, interpreted as persuading a group for the accomplishment of goals.
