This paper focused on student leadership, to achieve high accomplishments, it is essential to conduct leadership in the academic field, specifically as student leaders. In this personal leadership statement, diverse concepts, and perceptions of what being a good leader means, assumptions, empowerment, and implications for the future were reflected upon.
