In the first chapter, concrete is discussed, what are its main components, mechanical properties, compression effort and types. The process by which cement is obtained and the different types of cements that exist are described. In the second chapter we talk about the innovations in the field of construction, particularly those related to concrete, within which we find the main theme of this monograph which is the partial replacement of cement by biomass ash. This gives way to the topic concerning the different biomass ashes used as a partial substitute for cement in chapter 3, in which the rice husk ash and fly ash, among others, are among its main exponents. Chapter four, takes as its main subject the use of the ash of bovine manure, in which the characteristics of cattle manure, its chemical components, the methods used to carry out the different investigations are described and the different results are exposed. Finally, a comparison is made between the different studies made with the different biomass ashes, to determine the main characteristics between one and the other, and to be able to culminate with the conclusions.1 LISTA DE FIGURAS _______________________________________________ 62 LISTA DE TABLAS ________________________________________________ 73 RESUMEN ________________________________________________________ 84 ABSTRACT _______________________________________________________ 95 INTRODUCCÍON _________________________________________________ 106 OBJETIVOS______________________________________________________ 126.1 OBJETIVO GENERAL __________________________________________ 126.2 OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS ______________________________________ 127 DESARROLLO DEL TEMA ________________________________________ 137.1 CONCRETO __________________________________________________ 137.1.1 Componentes del concreto ____________________________________ 147.1.2 Propiedades mecánicas del concreto _____________________________ 177.1.3 Tipos de concreto ___________________________________________ 187.2 INNOVASIONES EN EL CONCRETO _____________________________ 207.3 USO DE CENIZAS DE BIOMASA EN LA ELABORACION DE CONCRETO ________________________________________________________ 217.3.1 Cascarilla de arroz (rice husk ash, rha) ___________________________ 247.3.2 Bagazo caña de azúcar (sugarcane bagasse ash, scba) _______________ 267.3.3 Mazorca de maíz (cob corn ash, cca) ____________________________ 297.3.4 Ceniza volante (fly ash, fa). ___________________________________ 327.4 CENIZA DE ESTIÉRCOL BOVINO EN LA ELABORACION DE CONCRETO (Cattle Manure Ash, CMA) _________________________________ 367.4.1 Estiércol___________________________________________________ 367.4.2 Mezcla de cemento con ceniza de estiércol bovino _________________ 377.5 COMPARACION ENTRE LAS DISTINTAS CENIZAS DE BIOMASAS Y LA CENIZA DE ESTIERCOL BOVINO __________________________________ 438 CONCLUSIONES _________________________________________________ 479 BIBLIOGRAFÍA __________________________________________________ 48application/pdfspaCopyright Universidad de Córdoba, 2020Análisis del efecto de la ceniza de biomasa como sustituto parcial del cemento en la elaboración de concreto simpleTrabajo de grado - Pregradoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccessAtribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas 4.0 Internacional (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)Propiedades MecánicasEsfuerzo de compresiónBiomasaMechanical propertiesCompression effortBiomass
