Para lograr contrarrestar todos los elementos generados por parte de la crisis sanitaria se hizo necesario por parte del gobierno nacional la adopción de medidas sanitarias que permitieran gestionar de manera adecuada los centros hospitalarios y toda la red que hace parte del sistema de salud. Dentro de estos elementos tambien desempeño un papel fundamental el auditor en salud, por lo que el trabajo monográfico presentado se centró en explorar las medidas sanitarias y de emergencia sanitaria implementadas por el Ministerio de salud para el fortalecimiento de la red hospitalaria durante la pandemia por virus del COVID-19. Así mismo el describir la capacidad instalada de los prestadores públicos y privados implementados en pacientes covid positivos para finalmente analizar el rol del auditor en el fortalecimiento de la red hospitalaria durante la pandemia por virus del COVID-19. Todo esto haciendo uso de una metodología descriptiva bajo la técnica de revisión bibliográfica donde se pudieron encontrar una serie de resultados alrededor de la gestión administrativa y sanitaria del gobierno nacional, asi como las estrategias en materia de prevención, mitigación y vacunación actualmente se encuentran implementadas. Donde se pudo concluir que el gobierno nacional atendiendo las recomendaciones de la OMS desarrollo de manera efectiva una serie de estrategias y acciones para hacer frente a la pandemia del COVID-19 en cada una de las etapas relacionadas con dicha pandemia.The coronavirus pandemic posed an extremely fundamental challenge for health institutions in the world, and in the case of Colombia, this situation was no different. In order to counteract all the elements generated by the health crisis, it became necessary for the national government to adopt health measures that would allow the proper management of hospital centers and the entire network that is part of the health system. Within these elements, the health auditor also played a fundamental role, so the monographic work presented focused on exploring the health and emergency health measures implemented by the Ministry of Health to strengthen the hospital network during the virus pandemic. of COVID-19. Likewise, describing the installed capacity of public and private providers implemented in positive covid patients to finally analyze the role of the auditor in strengthening the hospital network during the COVID-19 virus pandemic. All this using a descriptive methodology under the bibliographic review technique where a series of results could be found around the administrative and health management of the national government, as well as the strategies in terms of prevention, mitigation and vaccination are currently implemented.
