El propósito de la práctica empresarial fue evaluar las actividades realizadas por los operarios en temas como protección de frutas y otras labores desde la parición hasta la cosecha del racimo de banano. Para llegar a los resultados esperados y que las labores se cumplan se garantizó que los procedimientos se siguieran de forma rigurosa como los tiene establecidos la empresa. Dentro de las medidas para la evaluación de las labores se realizaron capacitaciones y seguimiento a los procesos realizados por el personal operativo con el fin de identificar aspectos por mejorar, con la finalidad que las labores tuvieran un porcentaje mayor al 95%, siendo este el valor mínimo para que la evaluación de la labor sea aprobada.The business practice was carried out at the Alex Helena farm, belonging to the company AGROGREENLAND, located in the municipality of Apartado, Banana Zone of Uraba. The purpose of the business practice was to evaluate the activities carried out by the operators in topics such as fruit protection and other tasks from the birth to the harvest of the banana bunch. In order to achieve the expected results and to ensure that the tasks are completed, it was guaranteed that the procedures were followed rigorously as established by the company.
