Therefore, it is crucial to cultivate strong leadership skills among teachers, as they are responsible for effectively supporting, instructing, and mentoring future generations by providing them with both valuable knowledge and lifelong values and attitudes. This personal leadership statement will determine our approach, qualities and future practices as teacher leaders.
