It is important to highlight the production and marketing of these products through the incidence of the labor of the inhabitants who are overwhelmingly men who condition the land for their proper planting, production and export of agricultural products leaving the rural sector of this study area. Accordingly, it also highlights the different marketing destinations of these same linked to the supply and demand of the products of the family basket.
