E.S.P., el estudiante de la Universidad de Córdoba se enfrentó a la complejidad del área jurídica debido a un cambio reciente de personal. El objetivo principal fue abordar la falta de continuidad en la gestión legal derivada de este cambio. La metodología cualitativa se empleó, adaptándose de manera emergente para explorar en profundidad los desafíos surgidos. La revisión de documentos internos, entrevistas semiestructuradas y observación participante se integraron en fases para abordar la desorganización documental y la falta de transición ordenada. El análisis interpretativo de datos cualitativos, como el análisis de contenido, reveló patrones y áreas críticas. Las propuestas de mejora se generaron colaborativamente y se implementaron considerando las perspectivas cualitativas. Los resultados destacaron la incidencia del cambio de personal en la desorganización documental del área jurídica. Las conclusiones sugieren que las intervenciones cualitativas permiten una adaptación más efectiva y contextualizada, alineándose con las necesidades específicas de URRÁ S.A. E.S.P. y contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa del área jurídica. Este enfoque no solo mejoró la funcionalidad interna, sino que también proporcionó aprendizajes valiosos para el estudiante, enriqueciendo su formación académica y profesional.During the Business Practice at URRÁ S.A. E.S.P., the student at the University of Córdoba, faced the complexity of the legal area due to a recent change in personnel. The main objective was to address the lack of continuity in legal management derived from this change. The qualitative methodology was used, adapting in an emergent way to explore in depth the challenges that emerged. Internal document review, semi-structured interviews, and participant observation were integrated in phases to address documentary disorganization and lack of orderly transition. Interpretive analysis of qualitative data, such as content analysis, revealed patterns and critical areas. Improvement proposals were generated collaboratively and implemented considering qualitative perspectives. The results highlighted the impact of personnel change on the documentary disorganization of the legal area. The conclusions suggest that qualitative interventions allow for a more effective and contextualized adaptation, aligning with the specific needs of URRÁ S.A. E.S.P. and contributing to the operational efficiency of the legal area.
