It is of great importance for companies to be at the forefront of technological capabilities and skills, but this is difficult when they still have obsolete technology conditions and do not have the proper guidance as to where the focus of such optimization should be placed. The research aims to present an analysis model with which to determine the most viable business processes when implementing Cloud Computing services based on sequential guidelines and recommendations.
