For Arrocera Formosa SAS it is important to achieve a restructuring in the spare parts and materials warehouse, which is a fundamental part of maintenance management, this process always requires answers, in addition to being tied to a significant amount of financial resources that merit adequate administration. thereof. In favor of improving the area, an inventory management system was developed under the EOQ model, where an economic order quantity, reorder point and a safety inventory for the items with the highest turnover are established, determined with the data .
