Organización Mundial De La Salud (OMS, 2002). La seguridad del paciente es una prioridad fundamental en la atención médica, y la cultura de seguridad del paciente se refiere a los valores, actitudes, percepciones y comportamientos que enfatizan la importancia de la seguridad del paciente en todas las áreas de la atención médica y dado la importancia que tiene; en razón a ello, este trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un programa de la cultura de seguridad al paciente en La Clínica De Fracturas Lomas Verdes S.A.S, con base en los estándares de acreditación, que provea estrategias para el desarrollo de la atención con calidad. Para esta investigación la metodología con la que se trabajó, parte del tipo de estudio descriptivo con enfoque transversal, la población que estuvo constituida por aproximadamente 54 trabajadores de las diferentes áreas de la entidad (Facturación, urgencias, consulta externa, radiología, terapia física, hospitalización, entre otros.), donde la técnica que se utilizó fue una entrevista, y el instrumento que se empleó para obtener la información en la entrevista, fue una lista de chequeo elaborada en base a los estándares de acreditación 5, 6 y 7 de la Resolución 5095 de 2018, la cual tiene una estructura muy simple: CUMPLE, NO CUMPLE Y NO APLICA, además de los materiales y procedimientos realizados en la investigación.The patient safety culture is defined as "the set of values, attitudes, competencies and behavior patterns that determine the commitment, style and competence of an organization in terms of risk management and patient safety".
