Basically, to carry out this automated irrigation system, you must have a soil moisture sensor, which will have the function of monitoring soil moisture, this will transmit an analog signal to the arduino board and this in turn will process the information for later generate an output signal, which will transmit to a relay that the latter activates or deactivates the electric pump. In this way we will be able to control the humidity of the soil avoiding that there is excess or deficit of soil moisture in the crop; at the same time it uses a temperature sensor to monitor how the culture environment is in this eggplant.
