Narvaez Quintana, NeidyRomero Contreras, Eduin luis2020-04-102020-04-102020-01-29https://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.co/handle/ucordoba/2602Objetivo: Determinar la percepción que tienen los pacientes con relación al cuidado humanizado brindado por el personal de enfermería, en el servicio de hospitalización, en una IPS de tercer nivel de complejidad en Montería en el periodo 2019. Metodología: se realizó un estudio descriptivo transversal, con enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando el instrumento PCHE 3a versión a 157 pacientes en el servicio de hospitalización, previa autorización de los autores del instrumento y cumplimiento de los participantes de criterios de inclusión, con firma del consentimiento informado. Resultados: Las características demográficas identificadas en el estudio demostraron que, predomino en un 61% los pacientes mayores de 53 años, ingresados por patologías con especialidades de medicina interna y ginecología de 21.6 y 25.4 %. En la percepción global de los pacientes el 76% manifiesta siempre recibir un trato humanizado por parte de enfermería, en lo que se refiere a las categorías el 76% siempre percibe que se le prioriza como sujeto de cuidado, el 66% siempre percibe apertura a la comunicación y la categoría cualidades del hacer de enfermería 86% respondió siempre. Lo que significa, en la IPS de tercer nivel hay una positiva percepción de cuidado humanizado por parte del usuario.Objective: To determine the perception that patients have in relation to the humanized care provided by the nursing staff, in the hospitalization service, in an IPS of the third level of complexity in Montería in the period 2019.
