Se diseñó la política de seguridad del paciente en una institución de salud, de primer nivel de complejidad, con el propósito de ofrecer una atención segura, donde se establece el alcance, estructura y metodología (fundamentales en la ejecución de los procesos asistenciales o administrativos); teniendo en cuenta los servicios que tiene habilitado la institución de salud.
