El objetivo es diseñar estrategias que permitan la participación activa del paciente y su familia en el proceso de atención en Imágenes diagnósticas del municipio de Lorica en el cumplimiento de la resolución 5095 de 2018 con el fin de fortalecer la prestación del servicio. Metodología: la construcción de las estrategias se realizará a través de las siguientes fases: Diagnóstico, análisis, datos de población, datos del entorno, estudio de bibliografía relacionada, planificación, documentación del programa y socialización y/o aprobación del producto diseñado. Resultados: se dará cumplimiento a la necesidad identificadas en Imágenes diagnósticas lo que permitirá responder a los lineamientos de la Acreditación en Salud. Conclusión: el conocimiento de los procesos en salud por parte de los usuarios se convierte en una herramienta que fortalece la prestación del servicio.Participation in health at the institutional level is important in the provision of quality services since it strengthens processes and minimizes risk.
