It was descriptive through a mixed approach (qualitative / quantitative). The population was made up of the administrative area, the contributing partners and a certain number of users. Through the application and analysis of the research instruments, we proceeded to determine the most decisive failures that occur in the organization, among them, the lack of legalization of the organization before the competent entities, as well as the lack of commercial strategies that or allow the reception of new users. Each contributing partner is unilaterally managing their equipment and their income, and they only make group contributions when there is an infrastructure failure in the organization or when the central air conditioning is maintained.
