This monograph highlights the importance of management performance in decision-making in the diagnostic imaging division of the central clinic of the city of Montería in the framework of the covid 19 pandemic, so that through the implementation From the application of surveys as an evaluative instrument within the study methodology, the perspectives on the good performance and fulfillment of their functions are known in the field of management. Initially, a diagnosis of the financial situation and application of surveys to the manager of said company is carried out, then the impact of the management's management on the financial performance of the companies that provide diagnostic imaging services in the last 3 years is analyzed. years and finally an action plan is proposed that contributes to decision-making in difficult and unpredictable situations such as the Covid 19 pandemic.
