Arismendy Ramírez, María StellaVega Avila, Cristian Camilo De La2025-09-292025-09-292025-09-24https://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.co/handle/ucordoba/9555Las prácticas empresariales como opción de grado en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos (ORIP) es una experiencia enriquecedora para el estudiante practicante, para su desarrollo como futuro profesional, ya que esta para muchos estudiantes es la primera experiencia laboral que tienen, en donde aprenden infinidad de conocimientos y de formas de proceder en distintas situaciones que no se logran en un salón de clases, ahora yéndonos al contexto de la ORIP, esta nos brinda el conocimiento para lograr comprender de primera mano la importancia del registro en los actos que se realizan sobre los bienes inmuebles para efectos de publicidad, legalidad y demás, ahora bien, ser partícipes del proceso de inscripción es aún más beneficioso porque el estudiante está en contacto directo con la función registral, al ser el estudiante uno de los múltiples filtros que tiene la oficina a la hora de la calificación, en donde el estudiante identifica posibles errores que pueden sucederle al abogado calificador, a la vez que se va nutriendo de conocimientos acerca de todos y cada uno de los procesos que pasan por la ORIP desde la revisión de calificaciones hasta la colaboración en la proyección de resoluciones, a su vez la oficina se beneficia del apoyo extra que recibe dándole mayor celeridad y confianza a los procesos que se llevan a cabo.A business internship as a degree option at the Office of the Registry of Public Instruments (ORIP) is an enriching experience for the student intern and for their development as future professionals. For many students, this is their first work experience. They learn a wealth of knowledge and ways of proceeding in different situations that cannot be achieved in a classroom. Now, moving into the context of the ORIP, it provides us with the knowledge to understand firsthand the importance of registration in acts performed on real estate for publicity, legality, and other purposes. Being involved in the registration process is even more beneficial because the student is in direct contact with the registry function. The student is one of the multiple filters the office has at the time of grading. This process allows the student to identify potential errors that may occur to the grading attorney, while also gaining knowledge about each and every one of the processes that pass through the ORIP, from reviewing grades to collaborating in the issuance of resolutions. In turn, the office benefits.
