Design: it is a study type descriptive, with a qualitative approach. In which press reports published between February 23, 2020 and January 2021 were taken. From the published interviews, what was expressed by the subjects of the study was transcribed verbatim; the semantic expressions were grouped by similarity in order to establish the categories and sub-categories that constitute the substrate of the results. Results: After defining the categories using the contextualized analysis in contrast with the theoretical and conceptual information on which the study is based and seeking to respond to the objectives set, the following was obtained: - Feelings about the state of health of patients: expressions were obtained that reveal aspects related to the lack of knowledge and vulnerability regarding the health status of family members. - Form of nursing care in the spirituality dimension of family members and patients: through the analysis of the interviews, it was possible to confirm the relevance of caring for the spiritual dimension of the patients in their treatment and recovery process. - Perception of the patient and/or their family about the treatment received by the nursing professional: some of the perceptions found were the following: gratitude, hope, admiration for the treatment received, respect, pride, among othersCONTENIDORESUMEN ___________________________________________________7ABSTRACT__________________________________________________8INTRODUCCIÓN_____________________________________________91.
