Narváez Mejía, HumbertoHeredia Ortega, Jaison David2021-06-222021-06-222021-06-22https://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.co/handle/ucordoba/4195La práctica empresarial se desarrolló en la región del Urabá-Antioqueño, durante el periodo de Diciembre (2020) a Junio (2021), en las fincas de la empresa Banaexport S.A.S., la cual se dedica a la producción y exportación de banano de alta calidad (Premium). El objetivo de la práctica empresarial fue realizar seguimientos y evaluaciones de las labores agronómicas para mejorar los rendimientos y calidad del cultivo de banano (Musa AAA) en todas las fincas de la empresa. Durante el proceso de la práctica se realizaron capacitaciones, acompañamiento e implementación de tecnologías de punta enfocadas a labores de renovación de población, embolse e identificación de racimos, labores de protección de fruta, calibración de bombas manuales, fumigación de herbicidas y fertilización edáfica, seguimiento a las principales bodegas de cada una de las fincas y calibración de fruta en campo y barcadilla. Las actividades agronómicas desarrolladas durante la práctica empresarial permitieron afianzar el conocimiento en el manejo y gestión del cultivo de banano dando cumplimiento a los objetivos establecidos en la mejora de las labores en campo, la identificación de los problemas y finalmente en la optimización de las actividades.The business practice was developed in the Urabá-Antioqueño region during the period from December (2020) to June (2021), on the farms of the company Banaexport SAS, which is dedicated to the production and export of high quality bananas (Premium). The objective of the business practice was to carry out monitoring and evaluations of agronomic work to improve the yields and quality of the banana crop (Musa AAA) in all the farms of the company. During the internship process, training, monitoring and implementation of stateof-the-art technologies were carried out focused on population renewal work, bagging and identification of clusters, fruit protection work, manual pump calibration, herbicide fumigation and soil fertilization, monitoring to the main wineries of each of the farms and calibration of fruit in the field and barcadilla.
