Then, the introduction to the essay, which talks about the different definitions that leadership has, in its general essence and nature. The third content deals with the assumptions that exist in education and how those assumptions are used to improve as teacher leaders. The fourth content consists of the definition of leadership empowerment and the implications for the future, including the pandemic situation due to the Covid-19 virus and prospective plans for the future as teachers.
