Vidasinú, through the analysis of its processes in order to establish action plans and strategies that optimize the provision of health services in the city of Monteria Córdoba. For which, a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory methodology was proposed through the development of a bibliographic and field study through an interview and a survey applied to the senior management of the organization and its users.
