On the other hand, through the application of the DOFA Matrix, it was possible to show certain aspects to improve within the area. Likewise, from the direct observations made, it was possible to identify the lack of having a Training Plan in the area of food and beverages, which would forge the necessary guidelines so that the STDs can be trained and updated with respect to the protection of security.
