One way to counter this issue is with proactive leaders that can motivate and help students into the good path. In this paper we describe the tools that we learned through our diploma course and how they help us to be the better version of ourselves, our assumptions of our context and our focus on the future plans for our teacher career. The plan is a culmination and application of our abilities as leaders like adaptability, patience, and creativity. All of it involves taking action with teacher leadership to help students achieve their goals and taking the best approach by creating a lesson plan fitted for their strengths and finding ways to improve their weaknesses.1.
