Esto con el fin de generar un impacto en todos los actores encargados de la prestación y gestión del servicio de salud para la internación del paciente con afectaciones mentales. Se adopta 6 pasos y 19 puntos metodológicos para desarrollo marco lógico; los cuales permiten el análisis, la identificación de las cuales o factores que intervienen en la prestación de un adecuado servicio de salud en los pacientes mentales, enfocados en el ámbito administrativo. El objetivo de esta propuesta es evaluar las necesidades de acciones de mejora para la atención en salud mental orientado a reducir la tramitología para la internación de los pacientes psiquiátricos en Colombia, orientadas normativamente en las políticas públicas de salud mental a través del siguiente metodología del marco lógico. La propuesta realizada busca evaluar y con ello implementar estrategias que permitan la sensibilización y el acceso oportuno desde el punto de vista administrativo y asistencial a los pacientes con afectación mental con el fin de garantizar una adecua prestación del servicio según lo establecido en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS).The purpose of this intervention proposal is to determine the posible cause and effects on the peperwork or managemet during the care for the hospitalization of patients whit mental health effects and with it the inmpairment of their mental health and with it the implementation of actions to improve the health and quality of life of the individual, your family group or caregivers.
