Between the ages of 14 and 28 to 2020 (DANE), but today and as in many parts of Colombia and the world, the young population expresses a mental deterioration, in the case of the city of Monteria, according to the survey carried out by “Red Como Vamos”, the city is in third place at the national level, where the young people present this problem, that if it is not attended in time it can lead to problems in the health system, personal finances, increased prejudice, discrimination, increased consumption of psychoactive substances, among other negative effects on society.
