One way to rebuild the image of a true leader and inspire others to take on this role is through the exploration of authentic leadership. This paper describes a development plan based on this leadership perspective, which shows how institutions and we, from our role as teachers, can empower all participants of the training process under principles of trust, collaboration, and innovation. The plan is a concluding learning task of a Leadership and Empowerment course that enables undergraduate students to incorporate the principles of authentic leadership into their teaching practice when faced with official academic contexts. The proposed plan suggests strategies for the inclusion of the educational community in decision-making processes, as well as to encourage self-awareness and open communication between teachers and students.application/pdfengCopyright Universidad de Córdoba, 2023A Personal Leadership StatementTrabajo de grado - PregradoAtribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas 4.0 Internacional (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessLiderazgoEmpoderamientoPlan de liderazgo auténticoLeadershipEmpowermentAuthentic Leadership PlanUniversidad de CórdobaRepositorio universidad de Córdobahttps://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.cohttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2
