Metodología: El estudio por realizar es descriptivo, tipo monografía análisis de experiencia donde se estableció a través del manual tarifario de la Entidad Promotora de Salud del Seguro Social (EPS-ISS) y las actividades emitidas en la Ruta Integral de Atención Materno Perinatal, el costo que genera para una institución de salud la implementación de esta. Resultados: Este estudio reafirma la importancia de la alta gerencia en reunirse con su grupo de trabajo para evaluar y analizar de manera correcta los costos en el que se incurre, al momento de prestar sus servicios dentro de este modelo de atención, siendo prioridad determinar las actividades a implementar sin descuidar la atención integral que requiere la Ruta Integral de Atención Materno Perinatal y las condiciones de calidad, oportunidad y accesibilidad en la prestación del servicio, establecer costos por medio de los manuales tarifarios emitidos por el Ministerio de Salud permitiendo obtener un valor estándar para el pago de los servicios prestados Conclusiones: El costo de la implementación de las Rutas de Atención Materno Perinatal en Instituciones de Salud se puede determinar teniendo en cuenta los diferentes métodos de costeo y las actividades contratadas, ya que el sistema de costos puede variar dependiendo de los servicios ofertados. El estudio permitió establecer un costo aproximado de los gatos que generaría la implementación de la Ruta Integral de Atención Materno Perinatal en una institución de salud.To determine the costs for the implementation of the Maternal Perinatal Route in the Health Institutions in Colombia. Methodology: The study to be carried out is descriptive, type monograph analysis of experience where it was established through the rate manual of the Health Promotion Entity of Social Security (EPSISS) and the activities issued in the Comprehensive Route of Maternal Perinatal Care, the cost that it generates for a health institution the implementation of this. Results: This study reaffirms the importance of senior management in meeting with their working group to correctly evaluate and analyze the costs incurred when providing their services within this model of care, being a priority to determine the activities to be implemented without neglecting the comprehensive care required by the Maternal Perinatal Care Routes and the conditions of quality, opportunity and accessibility in the provision of the service, establish costs by means of the tariff manuals issued by the Ministry of Health allowing to obtain a standard value for the payment of the services rendered. Conclusions: The cost of implementing the Maternal Perinatal Care Routes in Health Institutions can be determined considering the different costing methods and the contracted activities, Since the cost system can vary depending on the services offered.
